Homogenization of material properties of wood for tasks of mechanics and thermodynamics GP106/06/P363 (author)
Main substance of the project is formation of finite element models of wood on significant scale levels with distinction of individual tissues and general distinction of individual organized structures including the structure on macroscopy scale level.

Computer lab for teaching of mathematical modelling of physical phenomena and biomechanical processes FRVS 398/2008 (author)
Assembling of specialized terminal computer laboratory for high performance computing  based on cluster dedication of coupled physical tasks in technical and biological science.

Finite element models of wood drying process FRVS 2838/2005 (guarantee)
Project was focused on formulation of appropriate parametric finite element model of numerical simulation of physical fields (moisture, temperature,...) in wood material during drying process

Wood from anthropicly affected forests: properties, use and effects on the inhabited environment MSM 434100004 (co-worker)
Proposal for model of mechanical manners of the wood and its modification for implementation to the numerical methods (finite elements method). Quantification of wood changes towards the wood technology and utilization by target users.

The influence of notches on fracture of wood GP106/02/D039 (co-worker)
Consideration of potential application of existing knowledge in the area of anisotropic media fracture mechanics on wood. Suggestion of eventual modification of referred methods based on evaluation of wood structure influence on initiation and fracture propagation. Numerical analysis of experimental results by use of finite element method.
