Involved in some national and international projects on optimizing and modelling of sawnwood kiln drying process, and on analysis of physical, mechanical and structural properties of wood during thermal treatment, as well as during mechanical wounding in living trees.


Compartmentalization of mechanical wounds at urban trees; Slovenian national project; member of the research team.


5th EU FP - project PINE - Predicting Impacts on Natural Ecotones (EVK2-CT-2002-00136); member of the research team in Slovenia.
